I am a portrait and still life painter based in London, available for works in pencil, charcoal and oils.

After two years of higher education, I moved to the Atelier programme of study, learning the traditional method of oil painting and working exclusively from figure and still life setups. Since graduating, I have continued my studio practice while taking on commissioned work.

I translate commission briefs to produce expressive and personal artworks. I work from photographic references and often go beyond the visual reference to create imagined scenes, where I can incorporate abstract details to give a fuller impression of the subject’s character.
